LegalTerms of Service

Terms written for the product Corral actually offers today.

These terms cover corral-ai.app, the waitlist, and any invite-only Corral product access. They are written in plain language to match Corral's current state: early, evolving, and focused on AI answers that need proof before they ship.

Quick read

Three terms that matter most before you join.

Current product state

Corral is pre-revenue and waitlist-first. Access to product features is invite-only, can change quickly, and is not a guarantee of ongoing availability.

Your documents stay yours

You retain ownership of the documents, prompts, and other material you upload. We only use that material to operate and secure the service for your workflow.

AI output still needs judgment

Corral is built to help verify answers, not to replace human review. Outputs may still be incomplete, wrong, or unsuitable for a real-world decision.

Scope

These terms are meant to be specific, not inflated.

Corral is not publishing enterprise legal theater here. These terms are intended to describe the real state of the product today: waitlist-first access, no public paid plan yet, and a service designed to help teams verify AI output before they rely on it.

If we later sign paid customers, launch broader production access, or add product-specific commercial commitments, we may introduce additional terms for those relationships.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you visit corral-ai.app, join the waitlist, contact Corral, or use any invite-only Corral product, including Hallucination Guard.

By using the site or any Corral service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, join the waitlist, or access any invite-only environment.

How we collect and handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 02

Description of Service

Corral builds AI verification and runtime-governance software that helps teams decide what AI output can ship, what should be narrowed, and what should be blocked.

As of March 23, 2026, Corral is a waitlist-first, pre-revenue product. We are not offering a guaranteed production service or paid subscription plan to the public yet.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. If we invite you into a pilot, beta, or private evaluation, features may change, pause, or be removed without notice.

Important note

If Corral later introduces paid plans, enterprise contracts, or product-specific terms, those additional terms may apply to that relationship.

Section 03

User Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when you join the waitlist, request access, or create an account. If you use Corral on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access if information is false, if an account creates security risk, or if the service is being used in a way that violates these terms.

Section 04

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents, datasets, prompts, notes, and other material you upload to Corral. You give us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and analyze that material only as needed to provide and secure the service.

Corral retains all rights to the website, software, workflows, visual design, branding, and service logic. These terms do not give you ownership of our software or any rights to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from it unless we explicitly agree in writing.

AI-generated output from Corral is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or acting on them.

Important note

Your documents are processed on dedicated infrastructure and retained until you delete them. Upon deletion, all associated data is removed.

Section 05

AI Output Disclaimer

Corral is designed to improve verification and grounding. It does not guarantee that any answer, citation, summary, classification, or recommendation is correct, complete, or fit for your use case.

Do not treat Corral output as legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Human review is still required, especially when the answer could affect customers, compliance, money, health, or operations.

If the output looks wrong, unsupported, incomplete, or out of scope, do not use it as the basis for a decision without independent review.

Section 06

Acceptable Use

You may not use Corral, the site, or any invite-only environment to do any of the following:

  • Break the law, violate someone else’s rights, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
  • Upload malware, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass security or account controls.
  • Use the service to develop, train, benchmark, or extract competing models, prompts, training data, or hidden system behavior without written permission.
  • Attempt to access another user’s data, any non-public environment, or infrastructure that is not yours.
  • Use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, disinformation, or other abusive activity.
Section 07

Service Availability

Corral is offered on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific response times, or a service-level agreement.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, integration, model provider, or part of the service at any time. That is especially true during waitlist, pilot, and beta access.

We are not responsible for downtime or degraded performance caused by third-party providers, model vendors, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Section 08

Termination

You may stop using Corral at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, create legal exposure, or if we decide to end a pilot, beta, or product line.

When access ends, your right to use the service stops immediately. If you want account or document deletion, contact us and we will process the request subject to any limited retention we need for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

If you delete stored documents from the service, the documents and associated service data for that workflow are removed.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

The site and service are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. That includes implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Corral is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the site or service.

Because Corral is currently free or invite-only for most users, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some places do not allow certain liability limits. Where that is the case, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Section 10

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Corral changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date on this page and may also notify active users by email or through the product when practical.

If you continue using the site or service after revised terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Section 11

Contact

Questions about these terms, requests related to your account, or requests to delete data can be sent to privacy@corral-ai.app.

You can also reach us through the contact page if you prefer a web form. These terms were last reviewed on March 23, 2026 to reflect the product as it exists today.
